Mountain Media had a great team building event!

“Our team building training with Terrie helped us become better listeners and better communicators.” —New Choices Recovery Center

Dear Terrie Gifford,

We’d like to thank you for all your help and cooperation in planning our Junior Varsity and Varsity Girls’ Soccer trip to Liberty Ridge Farm. The teambuilding session you ran for us was a wonderful experience that has proven to be extremely beneficial. The social barriers that were separating the two groups have diminished because of you. They have come together in a variety of ways demonstrating how much they’ve learned and grown from our trip. The Tamarac Girls’ Soccer Teams are now going to each other’s games and creating posters and messages to show their support.

Once again we thank you for all your help and support and look forward to planning our next event with you.

Excelsior College:

Every single exercise had somewhat of a game element to it. It
isn’t a classroom type of thing; although you may be set up in a classroom.

You’ll be up on your feet quite a bit interacting with each other. All of
the sessions were fun. She does quite a few exercises where everyone in the
room is teamed up in pairs. She does exercises where everyone is in a big circle. She does exercises to  build trust.

After leaving the event, I even recommended her to an organization without
her even requesting me to do so. She is good. In my opinion, it was worth
every penny.

I really believe you won’t be disappointed. And I believe people will
really appreciate how much fun it is and how much they learn about
themselves and others. It helps you have a better understanding
and appreciation for the people you work with. -Kendra
